UPS is our standard methods of shipment to all areas within the United States
Most orders ship out the same business day (Monday – Friday) received.
We charge a standard flat shipping rate of $6.50 for any amount of toner ordered.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or outside the United States will be billed at the actual shipping cost.
Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments
Damaged shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.
With all returns, please include:
Your name, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, a copy of your invoice and an explanation of what you want done with your return. For example, refund your credit card, exchange for another item, etc. Please also include your shipping receipt so we may reimburse you for the shipping cost.
