About Us


Laser Printer Resource (LPR) is a privately owned laser printer, copier, fax machine, and plotter repair shop with offices in Walnut Creek, CA (USA). We sell OEM and Compatible Toner Cartridges, ink, and other supplies for laser printers, copiers, and fax machines. We have been in the industry since 1991.

We provide on-site service and repair anywhere in the California San Francisco Bay Area, including Oakland, Berkeley, Concord and surrounding areas. All of our services are perfomed by only professional, certified technicians.

  • A live person will answer your call 99% of the time. In the event we are unable to answer your call during business hours, if you leave a voice mail, your call will be returned in no longer than one hour.
  • Voice Mail messages are accepted 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • If you leave a voice mail during non-business hours, we will return your call in the first hour of the next business day.

  • UPS is our standard methods of shipment to all areas within the United States
  • Most orders ship out the same business day (Monday - Friday) received.
  • We charge a standard flat shipping rate of $9 for any amount of toner ordered.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or outside the United States will be billed at the actual shipping cost.

    • Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments


  • Damaged shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.

    • Returns & Exchanges


  • Return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the invoice date for credit to your account, exchanges, or adjustment. After this date the manufacturers' warranty applies.

  • With all returns, please include:

    Your name, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, a copy of your invoice and an explanation of what you want done with your return. For example, refund your credit card, exchange for another item, etc. Please also include your shipping receipt so we may reimburse you for the shipping cost.
